Can print-on-demand handle production and shipping?
Printify and Printful offer print-on-demand production and direct shipping, with APIs and supported commerce integrations. This custom storefront would need an API or middleware connection, product-variant mapping, order submission, and tracking updates. Neither integration is implemented or tested in this preview. Finished artwork and sample approval should come first.
What costs and subscriptions should be expected?
Both providers generally offer entry options without a mandatory paid monthly plan; optional paid plans may offer discounts or additional features. Each order still incurs garment, printing, shipping, and applicable tax costs. Payment processing, storefront hosting, middleware, samples, and optional subscriptions are separate. Exact current fees and garment quotes must be checked with the chosen provider before prices are approved. The supplier may charge you for fulfillment before customer funds settle.
What needs approval before the shop opens?
Supplier, garment quality, size and color availability, artwork, retail prices, shipping destinations, delivery estimates, and return terms all need confirmation. Made-to-order returns and provider defect coverage differ; customer-facing policies must reflect that. Cart and secure checkout require testing and an explicit launch approval. This page does not publish the store, activate Autopilot, buy a domain, connect a supplier, or enable orders.
